Windy is the ideal solution for the manual coiling of tubing, extensions and medical lines.

Description

Thanks to Windy it is possible to easily set up the shape and size of the product to be coiled within a diameter range from about 80 to 260 mm. The shape can be circular or elliptical and the rigid parts can be placed within the coils adjusting four pegs.

• Programming of coiling speed and direction
• Adjustable clutch to avoid excessive tubing stretching. The clutch can be easily set up by hand, without tools.
• STOP speed in PROG2: from 21 to 210 rpm (idle), programmable and adjustable by percentage from 10% to 100%
• Coiling speed: from 21 to 210 rpm (idle), programmable and adjustable by percentage
• Deceleration speed in PROG1: programmable from 25% to 50%

The application of tape bands to the coiled set can take place before removing the coiled product from its dedicated supports, maintaining it organized and ready for packaging.
