Tecnoideal Srl has acquired 100% of the shares of THF Srl of Marzolara (Parma).
For almost 40 years THF has been designing and building special machines for radio frequency welding or thermal pulse welding for plastic films. This special technology is used in the production of curtains and solar covers, mosquito nets and, of primary interest to the Group, medical products (typically blood bags or liquid bags to be sterilized).
Tecnoideal's management sees the acquisition of THF as the possibility to expand its technological offer by adding the medical film welding industry and addressing new industrial markets that use this technology. It is planned to strengthen the design, production and technical assistance structures with a view to further increasing THF's turnover and increasingly innovating products based on cutting-edge technologies, innovation and research, the main axes of Tecnoideal's strategic vision.
